London, Ontario Men’s Touch Football league played at Citywide Fields on NFL and CFL regulation size football fields. 7 vs 7, Automatic Rush (5 yards off the line of scrimmage). Team trophies given out to each division champion and MVP awards given to top players for each winning team. Season is 10 games long with 2 potential playoff games depending on your teams standings. It begins May.25th and runs until August.24th with no games being played on Canada Day weekend or Civic long weekend. Games are played on Sundays and game start times are 9am/10:30am/12pm. Games are 1.5 Hrs in length with four-15min quarters and a brief halftime. Rules are a mix of Ontario Touch and CFL/NFL.
